If you are severely unhappy and/or discomforted in the way your item was shipped, received or turned out please send us a email. In the email please send pictures and explain why you were unhappy and we will get back immediately in action.

You can return or exchange your jewelry within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s in its original, unworn condition.
